The sample collection center in the lab runs 24*7 while the sample collection facility at the Gurgaon clinic runs from 8:00 AM To 8:00 PM.

Home phlebotomy facility available form 7:30 AM To 7:30 PM.

Dedicated & designated staff to monitor Lab Quality Assurance

Daily trilevel QC run (twice a day) along with periodic calibration

Active participation in External QA conducted by AIIMS, CMC Vellore, BIORAD etc.
