Obstetrics and Gynecology

Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the busiest departments of the Institute and provides treatment for the full spectrum of women’s health. Adolescent health issues, infertility, pregnancy and delivery, menstrual problems, endocrine disorders, menopausal disorders, osteoporosis, and gynecological cancers are addressed by a qualified, experienced, and compassionate team of health care providers. There is a special Mother and Child Program for care during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period.

The department is well equipped to carry out various diagnostic and operative endoscopic procedures. Our experienced surgeons perform advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries such as laparoscopically assisted hysterectomy, laparoscopic cystectomy, laparoscopic transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE), and hysteroscopic septal and myoma resection. There is also a specialist proficient in laparoscopic management of infertility.
