Dr. Neha Joshi

Dr. Neha Joshi is a Senior Consultant and Administrative Lead in the Department of Pediatrics at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, with over 21 years of clinical experience, including 15 years at the Institute. She is a highly respected pediatrician with expertise spanning preventive pediatrics, adolescent health, newborn and infant care, pediatric infectious diseases, developmental concerns, child nutrition, and quality improvement in healthcare. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Joshi plays a key leadership role in advancing patient safety, quality initiatives, and evidence-based pediatric practice within the institution.

She completed her MBBS and MD before earning the prestigious Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH), UK. Throughout her career, she has combined compassionate, family-centred care with a strong commitment to research, medical education, and healthcare innovation. She has authored numerous publications in leading national and international journals, presented her work at global quality improvement forums, and actively contributes to academic teaching and faculty development. Dr. Joshi also led Sitaram Bhartia Institute to achieve Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) accreditation, making it the first hospital in North India and the only private hospital in Delhi to receive this recognition. Her passion for preventive child healthcare, quality improvement, and continuous learning enables her to deliver holistic, evidence-based care while helping families make informed decisions for their children’s health and well-being.
