Dr. Nupur Sah

Nupur Sah is a Women and Child Health Educator, Lactation Consultant, and Nutrition Specialist with over 13 years of experience in maternal and child health, clinical nutrition, lactation support, and patient education. She has been associated with Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research since 2017, where she provides comprehensive counselling to expectant mothers, new parents, and families on breastfeeding, newborn care, infant nutrition, complementary feeding, child growth and development, and preventive pediatric healthcare. Her multidisciplinary background combines expertise in clinical dietetics, nutrition research, healthcare education, and programme development, enabling her to deliver evidence-based, family-centred care.

Before joining Sitaram Bhartia, Nupur worked as a Clinical Dietitian and Bariatric Nutritionist at Fortis Healthcare and as a Nutrition Associate at Nestlé Foods, where she gained valuable experience in therapeutic nutrition, product development, and nutritional research. She holds a Master’s degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition and has completed specialised training in Infant and Young Child Feeding through the Breastfeeding Promotion Network of India (BPNI). Passionate about empowering families through education, she actively develops educational programmes, conducts workshops, trains healthcare professionals, and promotes best practices in maternal, newborn, and child healthcare.
