My expertise in the field spans more than 10 years, covering elder care and geriatric syndromes, infectious diseases, healthy aging, preventive and lifestyle medicine, and diabetes management. I practice ethical, transparent, personalized, and evidence-based medicine. I lead national and international research projects on diabetes, cognitive function, osteoporosis, fall risk, and frailty. As one of the first Elder Care specialists from AIIMS, New Delhi, I focus on promoting healthy aging and specialize in managing and rehabilitating orthogeriatric patients in collaboration with renowned orthopedicians and trauma specialists.
