Dr. Lopamudra Das

Dr. Lopamudra Das is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Ophthalmic Surgeon with over 35 years of experience in comprehensive eye care and ophthalmic surgery. She is currently associated with Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, while also consulting at Rainbow Multispeciality Wellness Clinic and Nanda Charitable Hospital. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with several leading healthcare institutions, including Fortis Vasant Kunj, Columbia Asia Hospital Gurugram, Escorts Hospital Okhla, and Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, in addition to serving as a Medical Officer in the Government Health Services.

A graduate of S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack, Dr. Das completed her DOMS from SSG Hospital, Baroda. She has extensive expertise in cataract surgery, particularly Phacoemulsification with Intraocular Lens (IOL) implantation, and has received specialised training in advanced cataract surgery techniques. Her clinical practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disorders, refractive errors, squint, and oculoplastic conditions.
