Radiology Department | Consultant

Responsibilities

Associate Consultant – IVF (Part-time)

Responsibilities

  • To conduct and advise tests and procedures for infertility patients in discussion with lead consultant.
  • To cooperate and coordinate with rest of the team for cycle patients.
  • To conduct independent OPD and advise tests, procedures and treatment.
  • To take lead in managing, monitoring and supervising IUI cycles.
  • To assess and ensure compliance to current ART law requirements.

Attending Consultant – Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Responsibilities

The Attending Consultant will be responsible to provide medical care to IPD, OPD, Labour Room and casualty patients of the Institute, She will also be performing/assisting diagnostic and surgical procedure,  conduct presentations at the Birthing program, workshops, Camps etc.

Staff Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ vital signs and laboratory data to determine emergency intervention needs.
  • Check inventory, ensure that the equipment and other articles are kept in proper place in working condition and report to shift in charge. Identify malfunctioning equipment or devices report to shift in charge
  • Administer blood and blood products, monitoring patients for signs and symptoms related to transfusion reactions.
  • Advocate for patients’ and families’ needs, or provide emotional support for patients and their families.
  • Assist physicians with procedures such as bronchoscopy, endoscopy, endotracheal intubation, and CPR.
  • Keep constant watch on patient and identify any abnormal deviation in the patient’s condition and inform the doctor immediately.
  • Ensure that the doctor visits the patient and start the treatment without delay.
  • Maintain accurate patient records from admission to discharge.
  • Communicate effectively with health team and other support services.

ANS – Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

  1.  General Administration: Oversee nursing programs, ensuring efficient planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient-centered care. Maintain documentation and manage data, generating timely MIS reports. Roster management and anticipatory planning for varying occupancy levels. These activities are to be coordinated with ANS-1 and shift supervisors.
  2. · Recruitment: Coordinate with NS to optimize resource utilization and facilitate interviews for new hires. Assign work, manage shifts, and handle performance appraisals and leave schedules.
  3. Patient Care: Ensure comprehensive care for each patient and evaluate the services rendered in various departments. Coordinate rounds with the Medical Director and review protocols.
  4. Quality and Compliance: Implement and review SOPs and protocols, ensuring compliance with institutional, hospital, and NABH standards. Conduct audits, manage incident reports, and participate in quality improvement activities. Prepare monthly reports and review the nursing care indicators or KPIs.
  5. Equipment and Supplies: Authorize orders for equipment and supplies, ensuring functionality and calibration.
  6. Teaching and Training Responsibilities: Identify training needs, develop curricula, and conduct training sessions. Evaluate staff competency and training effectiveness, maintaining records and inventories of training facilities.
  7. Patient Interaction: Promote proactive patient interaction and feedback systems, addressing patient needs and coordinating with medical consultants.
  8. Hospital Infection Control: Ensure and enforce hospital infection control standards.

Attending Consultant - Anaesthesia

Responsibilities

The Attending Consultant will perform clinical anaesthesia in the operation theatre, pre-anaesthesia check-up of patients, provide post operative pain relief, routine and emergency clinical anaesthesia, and provide post-operative care in the ICU and recovery room. The position requires night duties in rotation.

Qualifications and Experience

MD/DNB in Anaesthesia with three years as a senior resident at a reputed hospital is required. Hands on experience in latest anaesthesia techniques, equipment and protocol based management is also required.

Attending Consultant - Paediatrics

Responsibilities

  • The Attending Consultant will provide consultation to OPD patients and clinical care to IPD and NICU patients of the Institute.
  • Attend all normal deliveries and caesarean sections, conduct presentations at seminars/CMEs etc.
  • Initiate development of new clinical programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Responsibilities

The Junior Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in the IPD, OPD, Labour Room, and Casualty of the Institute. She will also assist in diagnostic evaluations and participate in surgical procedures as required, ensuring safe, timely, and quality patient care.

Resident Medical Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to all patients attending casualty – medical/surgical/ ortho and  Medico Legal Cases (MLC) and maintain records.
  • Attend and provide care to patients  in the Medical and Surgical disciplines  in the wards under the guidance of consultants
  • Assist in diagnostic/surgical procedures and dressings conducted for the patients.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and service-oriented Supervisor – Security Services to oversee the day-to-day security operations of our hospital. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, hospital assets, and premises while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel deployed across the hospital.
  • Ensure effective control at all entry and exit points.
  • Monitor hospital premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
  • Handle security incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments during emergencies, VIP visits, and special events.

Bio-Medical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preventive and breakdown maintenance of medical equipment of the hospital and its associate installation. Ensuring the adherence to the preventive maintenance plan drawn and effective completion of breakdown maintenance.
  • Calibration schedule and its completion.
  • Budget preparation.
  • Setting up systems and work instructions for all activities of the department ensuring the adherence of standards in the biomedical department as defined. Documentation of all the Bio-medical procedure/process as per NABH standard.
  • Evaluate the legal, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
  • Train clinicians end-user and other personnel on the proper use of equipment, either through vendor or in-house.
  • Liaising with technicians and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of a product in terms of design and economic viability.
