Nupur Sah

Nupur Sah is a Women and Child Health Educator, Lactation Consultant, and Nutrition Specialist with over 13 years of experience across hospital settings, maternal and child health counselling, lactation support, clinical nutrition, healthcare education, nutrition research, and program development.

She has been associated with Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research as a Child Health Educator and Lactation Consultant since April 2017, where she supports expectant mothers, new mothers, newborns, infants, and families through structured counselling and education.

With a Master’s degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, certification in Infant and Young Child Feeding Counselling, and additional training in child nutrition and development, Nupur helps families make informed decisions about breastfeeding, newborn care, infant feeding, complementary feeding, and early child development.
